Job summary

White Hat Gaming is seeking a Product Manager for Payments & Risk to own the end-to-end payments lifecycle, including PSP integrations, risk features, automated withdrawals and fraud flagging systems. You will work closely with Payments, Compliance, Risk, Engineering and Operations to keep the payments ecosystem secure, compliant and seamless.

You will define KPIs, lead initiatives to optimise payment processes, and collaborate with PSPs to embed robust risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in casino/gambling with a focus on payments and risk.
• Understanding of payment options, PSP flows, settlements and risk features.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML workflows, fraud prevention and chargebacks.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data flows and payment integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for payments and risk, including PSP integrations and fraud controls.
• Deliver initiatives to enhance payments, risk management, process optimisation and fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with PSPs to ensure robust risk management and compliant integrations.
• Define and track KPIs for PSPs, risk, fraud, chargebacks and withdrawal performance.
• Identify opportunities to automate payments processing and risk management processes.
• Work with Compliance and Legal to align with evolving regulations and standards.
• Support payments team evaluating new markets, features and product launches.
• Partner with Customer Support and Operations to improve the customer experience while maintaining controls.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap for Payments and Risk.
• Manage direct reports as applicable.
