Job summary
Ozow is seeking a commercially driven and technically fluent Technical Sales Lead to steer how Ozow designs, sells and delivers payment solutions across our merchant base. You will own merchant engagement strategy, shape the solution proposition, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable results.
The role focuses on building bank and partner relationships, driving revenue growth and retention, and eventually leading a solutions team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in payments/fintech or enterprise technology, across solutions, commercial or partnerships roles.
- Strong track record in designing and selling solutions to large or complex merchants or clients.
- Experience building and managing bank, platform or partner relationships to drive commercial outcomes.
- Commercial and technical fluency to price and articulate deals with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Own merchant engagement strategy and define scalable vs bespoke solutions for merchants.
- Translate merchant needs into clear commercial and technical solutions from first engagement to signed outcomes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to move solutions from design into delivery and packaging for reuse.
- Develop and manage bank and partner relationships to unlock value for merchants and differentiate Ozow’s offering.
- Be accountable for revenue growth and retention across the merchant base.
