Responsibilities

Process and issue purchase orders based on approvals.
Ensure PO accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
Track status of open orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality and reliability.
Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, confirm orders and resolve delivery or invoicing issues.
Monitor inventory to avoid stockouts and ensure material availability.
Coordinate with warehouse for smooth flow and storage of goods.
Maintain procurement records, supplier info, contracts, and order histories.
Update procurement database for reporting and timely information.
