Qualifications

• National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process manuals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control key process parameters to ensure product quality and output.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and deviations, implement corrective actions.
• Operate and calibrate processing equipment per SOPs.
• Collect and analyze process data to identify trends and improvements.
• Assist engineers in implementing new processes or modifications.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental regulations on the floor.
• Maintain logs and records of operations, maintenance, and quality checks.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving.
• Keep work area clean and organized per 5S principles.
