- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with process control systems and instrumentation
- Excellent communication for a hybrid setting
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate technical support to production teams to resolve process upsets and equipment issues.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to enhance process yield, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations staff on preventative maintenance programs.
- Assist in the commissioning and startup of new equipment or process modifications.
- Contribute to safety reviews and ensure compliance with EHS standards
