The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering with 3–5 years of process engineering experience, proficiency in Aspen Plus, and solid data analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years in process engineering in chemical industry.
- Proficient with Aspen Plus and data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of process control systems and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- HAZOP studies and risk assessment experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor chemical processes to maximize yield and minimize waste.
- Analyze process data to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and update SOPs and process documentation.
- Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment malfunctions with timely solutions.
- Collaborate with R&D on new product introductions and scale-ups.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
