Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd in South Africa seeks an experienced Senior Process Improvement Leader to drive business transformation across functions in Gauteng. You will lead BPM initiatives, conduct As-Is/To-Be analyses, and design operating models.

You will develop ROI-focused business cases, engage senior stakeholders, and steer change management and governance. The role requires strong process mapping, analytics, and RPA knowledge to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12.
• Relevant degree as listed.
• Minimum 7 years' BPM/Transformation experience with at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• Strong skills in process mapping, business analysis, change management and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, RPA and process automation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be process analysis, process mapping, and operating model design.
• Develop business cases, quantify ROI, and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver process enhancement projects.
• Drive change management activities to support successful implementation
• Design and monitor process performance metrics, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
• Support process automation initiatives using BPM and RPA methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
