Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd in South Africa seeks an experienced Senior Process Improvement Leader to drive business transformation across functions in Gauteng. You will lead BPM initiatives, conduct As-Is/To-Be analyses, and design operating models.

You will develop ROI-focused business cases, engage senior stakeholders, and steer change management and governance. The role requires strong process mapping, analytics, and RPA knowledge to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12.
• Relevant degree as listed.
• Minimum 7 years' BPM/Transformation experience with at least 3 years in leadership/management.
• Strong skills in process mapping, business analysis, change management and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, RPA and process automation methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12

• Min 7years' experience in Business Process Management (BPM), process improvement, or transformation, coupled with at least3years of leadership/management experience.


• Strong experience in process mapping, business analysis, change management, and operational excellence.


• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, RPA, and process automation methodologies.
