Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Process Improvement Practice Lead to steer a large process engineering team, drive strategy, and govern a comprehensive process portfolio. You will ensure standards, ownership, and measurable benefits across the organisation, collaborating with senior leaders and risk/compliance functions.

The role requires strong data analytics, leadership capability and experience implementing process-led transformation with SAP Signavio tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced qualifications in process leadership, process improvement or engineering.
• Signavio certification through SAP is required.
• Experience leading large teams and managing a process portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise process strategy and a prioritised portfolio.
• Establish the process management framework, governance and standards.
• Own the material process register with owners, risks and performance metrics.
• Lead end-to-end process discovery, design and optimisation across boundaries.
• Partner with executives to secure funding and sponsorship for priorities.
• Define process performance measures and identify root causes for improvements.
• Oversee benefits realisation and value tracking for initiatives.
• Direct and prioritise process resources to meet budgets and timelines.
• Embed risk and control requirements into process design.
• Lead the Process function and deliver executive reporting on portfolio.
