Qualifications

11+ years in process leadership, process improvement or process engineering roles.
Experience leading large teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with process management frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the enterprise process strategy and roadmap across optimisation, standardisation and automation.
Establish and enforce the process management framework, governance and tools.
Own and govern the material process register with owners, dependencies and performance measures.
Lead end-to-end process discovery, design and optimisation across organisational boundaries.
Partner with senior executives to agree outcomes, secure funding and sponsorship.
Define process performance measures, baselines and targets with data-driven insights.
Own the process improvement pipeline, with clear cases for change and adoption plans.
