Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in process engineering in manufacturing or chemical plant.
- Understanding of mass and heat transfer principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis; familiarity with process simulation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze chemical processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement process changes to enhance efficiency, yield, and product quality.
- Troubleshoot process upsets and equipment issues, providing timely engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to optimize plant performance.
