Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or chemical manufacturing.

• Proficiency in process simulation tools and statistical analysis software.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and unit operations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
