Job summary

You will conduct experiments, run simulations with Aspen Plus or HYSYS, develop SOPs, and work with production and R&D to implement improvements and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process development or chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and mass transfer.
• Experience with safety protocols and environmental compliance in chemical plants.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for pilot and full-scale production.
• Conduct experiments and trials to evaluate process parameters and improve yields.
• Utilize process simulation software to model and analyze process performance.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the chemical plant environment.
• Collaborate with production teams and R&D to implement process improvements and new technologies.
