Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in process development or chemical engineering in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for scale-up.
• Conduct process validation and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, implement improvements.
