Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process development, scale-up, or R&D in chemical/pharmaceutical industries.
• Strong background in synthetic chemistry and analytical techniques (HPLC, GC-MS, NMR).
• Experience with DoE and data analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal scientific communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute laboratory-scale experiments to develop and optimize chemical synthesis routes and formulations.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and interpret results to guide process development.
• Collaborate with engineers to scale up laboratory processes to pilot plant and production scale.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during process development and scale-up.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations on findings and recommendations.
• Ensure laboratory activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
