Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering as required.
• Minimum 5 years of process design experience in chemical/petrochemical industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed process designs for chemical plants and modifications.
• Create PFDs and P&IDs, equipment specs and control philosophies.
• Perform and verify mass and energy balance calculations.
• Select and size key process equipment including reactors, exchangers and pumps.
• Use process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) for design and analysis.

This role is central to conceptualizing and developing innovative process designs for a diverse range of chemical facilities. You will be responsible for creating process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), performing mass and energy balances, and selecting appropriate equipment. Key Responsibilities
