SAB is seeking an Automation and Control Engineer in South Africa to maintain reliability and stability of automation infrastructure. You will optimize production systems, support ERP interfaces, and guide cross-functional teams in maintaining system integrity.
The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive maintenance, and adherence to regional standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years in industrial control and automation or completion of Control and Automation technical traineeship.
Mansioni
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of production systems software and hardware from PLC devices to ERP systems.
- Development and maintenance of all systems components' documentation and integrity thereof.
- Coach, guide and train production and manufacturing systems staff.
- Assist with ensuring architecture aligns with regional manufacturing standards and beer division standards.
- Facilitate front-line support of production systems and ensure system uptime.
