The selected candidate will guide a team, manage leasing negotiations, identify property trends, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Principal Estate Agent with successful completion of (or exemption from) the National Certificate: Real Estate (NQF 5);
• Successful completion of the Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4);
• Valid Principal Fidelity Fund Certificate (minimum 3 years);
• 5 to 10 years of property broker experience in commercial/retail letting.
• Own transport and a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Act and mentor as Principal Estate Agent to various Property Shop Intern Estate Agents re: Continuous and compulsory 12 months internship period from the date of the first issue of an intern fidelity fund certificate.
