Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and analysis for grid interconnection studies of renewable energy projects.
• Develop and validate grid integration models and simulation tools.
• Provide expert guidance on power system stability, fault analysis, and protection coordination for grid-connected systems.
• Oversee the specification and selection of grid interconnection equipment (inverters, transformers, switchgear).
• Collaborate with grid operators and utilities to ensure compliance with interconnection standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of electrical engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Contribute to company standards, best practices, and IP in grid integration.
• Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and client meetings.
