Qualifications

- 10+ years in electrical engineering with 5+ years in grid integration (renewables preferred).
- Experience with power system modeling software and grid interconnection standards.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for interconnecting renewable projects to the national grid.
- Develop grid interconnection studies (power flow, short circuit, stability).
- Ensure compliance with grid codes and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with utilities, developers, and regulators on interconnection.
- Mentor engineers and drive best practices.
