Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 5 years in retail and retail management.
• Experience training staff and driving sales.
• Strong customer service, stock control and communication skills.
• Luxury brands experience is an advantage.
• Additional qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and close sales.
• Analyse sales reports, trends and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement promotions and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain stock integrity and accurate stock counts.
