In this role you will recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high‑performing team, drive sales, manage stock, ensure accurate cash handling and reporting, and maintain visual merchandising and compliance with health, safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 minimum requirement.
• Additional qualification a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of retail and retail management experience.
• Strong customer service, stock management and communication skills.
• Luxury brands experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and close sales.
• Analyse sales reports, trends and KPIs for growth.
• Implement promotions and visual merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop staff; manage schedules and performance.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Maintain stock integrity with cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate updates to management.
