Responsibilities

• Drive store sales to achieve and exceed targets.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and close sales.
• Analyse KPIs and trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop store staff.
• Maintain stock integrity through stock control and cycle counts.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
