• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry.

• Excellent communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and record issues accurately.
• Prepare transparent estimates and explain costs to clients.
• Coordinate between customers and workshop, communicating findings.
