Job summary

The South African Breweries Ltd in Gauteng seeks a highly professional, charismatic salesman to drive Premium Beer in on-premises channels. You will build and nurture key relationships with SAB teams, manage expectations, and develop account plans to grow premium brand share.

With 3–5 years FMCG sales experience and a valid driver's license, you’ll educate customers on SAB's Premium range and collaborate with Brand Teams to execute effective in-store activations and market growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience within FMCG.
• Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification.
• Valid driver’s license (Essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management.
• Ability to work after hours and drive premium category initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong POC relationships with SAB teams and customers.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure timely delivery of needs.
• Develop and implement customer-specific business programs and account plans.
• Develop new sales opportunities for Premium Beer.
• Educate and train customers on SAB's Premium category for in-store positioning and execution.
• Assist the Premium CO. Team to drive market share, meet financial targets and growth objectives for SAB Premium Brands.
• Assist the Premium CO. Team to develop comprehensive brand plans for the Premium Category.
• Provide key customer insights on the super alcohol category to align category strategy with customer needs.
