Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across the store and over the phone.
• Greet customers and create a memorable Lindt shopping experience.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and tasting notes with passion.
• Upsell to meet daily sales goals and promote promotions.
• Process orders and credit card transactions at the POS; manage tills accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visualize high-end brand standards.
