Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times across all store sections and via phone.
• Educate customers on Lindt products and upsell to increase transaction value.
• Process orders through POS and manage tills; handle end-of-shift procedures.
• Restock, maintain clean store environment and comply with safety standards.
• Assist in stock counts and monitor daily sales for profitability.
