Your role will include maintaining payroll records, responding to employee queries, and coordinating recruitment processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years HR/payroll experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Sage VIP Cloud experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with MIBFA/MEIBC regulations and HRIS platforms.

Aufgaben

• Run payroll for monthly, weekly, and subcontractor staff using Sage VIP Cloud.
• Maintain payroll and leave records, ensuring compliance.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and discrepancies within 24 hours.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, psychometrics, onboarding, and communications.
• Assist with performance reviews, disciplinary prep, and HRIS updates.
• Ensure HR practices meet ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Support BBBEE reporting, EMP501 submissions, and HR audits.
• Contribute to safety culture and HR documentation systems.
