Job summary

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a General Administrator – Accounts Payable in Johannesburg to ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices and maintain financial records.

The ideal candidate will support the finance department with supplier reconciliation and compliance with financial controls, requiring experience in accounts payable and proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or Pastel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or Office Administration.
• Experience working with Sage/Pastel or other accounting systems.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process supplier invoices in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and supporting documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting for cash flow forecasting.
