Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous data capturing, administration, reception, reservations, or hospitality experience will be advantageous.
• Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience working with hospitality, reservation, POS, or accounting systems will be an advantage.
• Strong typing and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily and monthly administrative reports.
