Job summary

The Recruitment Center is seeking a technically minded professional in Gauteng to provide pre-sales and post-sales support, designing and implementing hardware/software solutions. You will work with internal staff and external partners, ensure documentation and quality standards, and train users on software upgrades.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in technical repairs, strong English, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Matric, grade 12 is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical repairs.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Technical minded and proactive.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with barcode label software.
• Knowledge of WLAN.
• Self-motivated attitude.
• Second language is advantageous.
• Enthusiasm in carrying out duties.
• Experience handling customers in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical product support to internal sales staff and external business partners.
• Design and implement hardware and software solutions.
• Design and implement device management software solutions.
• Provide mobile device management.
• Provide post-sales technical product support to internal staff, partners and end-users.
• Documentation – User requirement specifications.
• Implement quality standards and initiatives.
• Online user support.
