Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the Durban region
• Conduct daily client visits to provide product support, demonstrations and equipment inspections
• Identify opportunities to introduce new products and grow existing accounts
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries promptly
• Prepare weekly activity reports and maintain regular communication with the head office
• Participate in sales, marketing and promotional events
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
• Travel when required to attend meetings, training and customer visits in other regions around provinces.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (tertiary qualification advantageous)
• Previous experience in customer support, sales or account management
• Experience within the automotive industry advantageous
• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing or panel beating environments beneficial
• Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver\'s licence and own reliable vehicle essential
