The ideal candidate has 2+ years in franchised dealership sales, strong negotiation skills, and an active social media presence to generate leads and build a personal brand while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ vehicle sales in franchised dealership.
• Proven, verifiable sales track record with references.
• Strong understanding of full vehicle sales process including trade-ins and finance.
• Experience using CRM, dealership management systems, and WhatsApp Business.
• Active social media presence for lead generation.
• Valid Code B Driver’s Licence and own transport.
• Clear criminal and credit record.

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom, online, telephonic, website, and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, and repeat business.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Accurately appraise trade-ins and assist with deal structuring.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maximising profitability.
• Coordinate finance applications and ensure all supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Ensure compliance with FICA, NCA, CPA, POPIA, and dealership processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey, from enquiry to vehicle handover and aftersales follow-up.
• Support dealership marketing initiatives through customer handovers, vehicle walkaround videos, testimonials, and social media engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and profitability targets.
