Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will set budgets, bid strategies, target audiences and creative tests, steering campaigns with a strategic voice for clients.

You will lead 90-day roadmaps, report on performance, and drive growth through retention and upsell while engaging with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English on live calls with US clients.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
