Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living. You will own paid media strategy and execution for senior living clients, managing multi-location campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You will craft 90-day roadmaps, drive budget decisions, and articulate the story behind results during client calls, with a focus on ROAS improvement and long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Proven record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
