Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for senior living clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You will set budgets, bid strategies, and creative testing plans, while delivering transparent ROAS and pipeline improvements. The role requires clear communication with US clients on live calls and prior agency experience handling multiple clients.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsabilidades

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and the story behind the numbers on calls
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
