Blacksmith Agency is looking for a PPC Manager, Senior Living, to own paid media for senior living clients across multiple locations. You will guide budgets, roadmaps and client storytelling on calls.

You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, test creative, optimize ROAS and ensure accurate attribution with GA4 and Tag Manager. Fluent English with US clients is required.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
