The role focuses on paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a strong emphasis on measurement, testing, and client communication on live calls with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, and present the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring
