Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, and the narrative on calls with clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager, and craft 90-day roadmaps and quarterly growth plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day roadmaps and quarterly client narratives for calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
