Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with budget allocation, bidding, testing, and precise conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels. You will craft 90-day roadmaps and drive client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, managing campaigns directly.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
