Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Senior PPC Manager for paid media leadership across senior living clients. You will own strategy, budgets, bidding decisions, and the narrative when clients ask why.

The role is remote with international clients, and you’ll be the strategic voice on calls with US operators and home care providers. You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and agency experience handling multiple clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements.
• Experience juggling multiple clients in an agency.
• Excellent spoken English for live US calls.
• Experience with senior living or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrate results.
• Foster account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
