Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgeting, bidding, testing, and attribution you can trust, and craft 90-day and quarterly roadmaps with the story behind the numbers on calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics; provide walkthroughs.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Plan budget allocations, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

What You Will Own
