Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager, Multifamily who will own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will steer budgets, bidding, targeting and testing, and articulate the numbers behind your decisions on client calls.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, and agency experience managing multiple accounts.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across clients.
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Fluent English when communicating with US clients.
• Experience with multi-location or multifamily businesses is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media for multifamily clients across major platforms.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting, and testing; know when to pause.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and report outcomes.
• Drive account growth through retention, upselling, and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
