Job summary

Rectron is seeking a Sales Specialist in Gauteng to drive POS solutions sales, advise resellers, and articulate business value of programs. You will prepare quotes, attend end-customer meetings, and help build the solution bill of materials. You will manage reseller relationships, recruit new partners, and contribute to forecasting, KPI reviews, and orders processing.

The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and teamwork within Rectron’s POS solutions ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Matric; university degree with either a business or information technology background preferable.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably one involved in solution selling.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise resellers on POS solutions and prepare detailed quotes.
• Attend end-customer meetings with resellers to define BOMs and opportunities.
• Drive POS messaging, recruit and manage resellers, and plan funnel.
• Submit weekly reports, CRM updates, and support forecasting meetings.
