Job summary

Rectron is seeking a Sales Consultant to manage assigned customer bases, process orders via Rectron’s ERP system, and communicate specials and launches to customers. You will handle enquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.

The role requires IT sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include updating dealer bases, managing credit limits, and ensuring quotes and orders are processed

Qualifications

• Matric or higher education; Sales/IT qualification preferred.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with excellent communication.
• Experience in IT sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders accurately in ERP and provide timely quotes.
• Keep clients updated on order status and manage back orders and ETAs.
• Handle customer enquiries and press timely responses within SLA.
• Communicate with resellers about delays and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend internal training.
