Job summary

Prism Placements in JHB East is seeking a Portfolio Manager to own an assigned property portfolio, drive lease renewals and occupancy, and ensure properties are well managed and compliant.

You will manage budgets, oversee billing and contractors, and travel to sites as required. The role requires 3–5 years in property, Afrikaans and English communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Min matric plus tertiary qualification ideal.
• 3–5 years in a similar property role with proven tenant and landlord relationship management.
• Strong financial and operational understanding; experience managing budgets and contractors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites.
• Excellent Afrikaans and English communication skills.
