Job summary

IGrow Wealth Investments in Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa, seeks experienced Portfolio / Asset Managers to join our team. This hands-on role covers residential property management, from tenant placement and lease administration through to maintenance, arrears, and vacates.

You will manage a portfolio, maintain records, ensure leases are renewed on time, and coordinate with maintenance and debt collectors to track arrears. Familiarity with PayProp is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in property portfolio or rentals management.
• Strong communication and professional telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with rental documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of rental properties.
• Maintain accurate tenant and landlord records in the system.
• Ensure leases and documentation are uploaded and stored correctly.
• Renew or terminate leases on time and monitor payments.
• Follow up on arrears and provide monthly arrears reporting.
• Be the first point of contact for tenant queries and disputes.
• Coordinate maintenance and vacates with relevant teams.
