Placements24 is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Centurion, Gauteng, ZA. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote flexibility to maximize portfolio value.

You will develop strategic asset management plans, monitor leasing and expenses, and lead value-enhancement initiatives while collaborating with acquisitions and finance teams to drive profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in real estate asset or portfolio management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of property management, leasing and market analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for each property.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance incl. leasing, operating expenses, capex.
• Conduct property inspections and market analyses for value enhancement.
• Oversee property operations including tenant relations and leasing administration.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports with financials and market updates.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and finance on investment opportunities.
