Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Development Manager in Port Elizabeth. The role oversees the full development lifecycle, from feasibility through to construction, leasing, and disposition, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills (DCF, NPV, IRR).

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land acquisition and development opportunities around Port Elizabeth.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for new projects.
• Oversee pre-development including zoning, permitting, and entitlements.
• Manage design and construction phases with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate leasing and marketing for completed developments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and environmental standards.
