Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to cover the Mahikeng, North West region, focusing on adoption of cutting-edge healthcare devices and software in hospitals and clinics. The role blends remote prospecting with regular in-person client engagement to drive growth and improve patient care.

You will identify decision-makers, tailor demonstrations to clinical needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of medical device or healthcare technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in complex sales environments.
• Deep understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and procurement processes.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets for healthcare technology products.
• Identify, qualify, and engage key stakeholders within healthcare institutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting clinical and economic benefits.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key opinion leaders in healthcare.
• Collaborate with internal technical and clinical support teams for seamless implementation.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management reports to leadership.
